Ferit Orhan Pamuk (born 7 June 1952; Turkish pronunciation: [feˈɾit oɾˈhan paˈmuk] [1]) is a Turkish novelist, screenwriter, academic, and recipient of the 2006 Nobel Prize in Literature.
