Hi so uh I bought a Optifine cape yesterday and when I went into Minecraft to open the cape editor it said that a web browser would open with the cape editor website but nothing opened please help there arent any fixes on youtube either.

Today I went to change my cape because its been a while. I go to the version 1.13.2 with OptiFine E6 for 1.13.2 and click Open Cape Editor and nothing happens. I started jitter clicking it and still nothing happens. I have checked my default web browser and everything. Please Help!
