Bartlett Nature Center is located in the park's visitor center and is operated by the Bartlett Park District. The center features natural history displays in its museum and offers environmental education programs for schools, scouts and other groups.
Bartlett is a village in Illinois, United States. The population was 41,105 at the 2020 census. The village is primarily located in Cook and DuPage counties, with a small parcel on the western border located in Kane County. Bartlett is part of the Chicago metropolitan area.

The Hanover Township Heritage Marker Program began in April 2011 to recognize and promote the many historic locations in Hanover Township. Currently there are five Heritage Markers around the Township, including: Ahlstrand Park in Hanover Park, Immanuel United Church of Christ Cemetery in Streamwood, Hoosier Grove Schoolhouse in Streamwood, Lords Park in Elgin and Leatherman Homestead in Bartlett.

Munger Road is a road in DuPage and Cook counties in Illinois, running through the villages of Bartlett and Wayne. It runs north–south for 4.12 miles (6.63 km) from West Bartlett Road to Smith Road. The railroad crossing near Stearns Road is said to be the site of supernatural activity as noted in a 2011 movie Munger Road.
