The 2010 Arizona Wildcats softball team represented the University of Arizona in the 2010 NCAA Division I softball season. The Wildcats were coached by Mike Candrea, who led his twenty-third season. The Wildcats finished with a record of 52–14. They competed in the Pacific-10 Conference, where they finished third with a 12–8 record.
The Arizona Wildcats officially began softball play in 1974 under head coach Judy Spray in the Intermountain Conference. The first team in the school's history went 11–3 and participated in the Association for Intercollegiate Athletics for Women (AIAW) Women's College World Series (WCWS).

The Wildcats have appeared in 43 NCAA baseball tournaments in their rich history. Arizona ranks ninth in all-time wins and eight in all-time win percentage, with an all-time record of 3,024–1,653–22 (.646) as of the 2024 season. Arizona fielded its first team in 1905.
The baseball team is consistently one of the top teams in the country and has captured four national championship titles in 1976, 1980, 1986, and 2012. Arizona's baseball teams have appeared in the NCAA College World Series more than fifteen times. As of 2024, the team is coached by Chip Hale.
