    I can imagine that there are also variations in whether the dog is a "he", a "she" or an "it". I see that there's still a bit of inconsistency: the page title is "The Dog and Its Reflection" but the lead has it as "The Dog and its Reflection". And the Commons link uses "The Dog and the Bone".
