An ANA test is considered positive if fluorescence is seen at a titre of 1:40/1:80. Higher titres are more clinically significant as low positives (≤1:160) are found in up to 20% of healthy individuals, especially the elderly. Only around 5% of the healthy population have ANA titres of 1:160 or higher. [8] [53]
ANCA will less commonly form against alternative antigens that may also result in a p-ANCA pattern. These include lactoferrin, elastase, and cathepsin G. [citation needed] When the condition is a vasculitis, the target is usually MPO. [1] However, the proportion of p-ANCA sera with anti-MPO antibodies has been reported to be as low as 12%. [2]
Dazzle consists in painting obtrusive patterns on vertical surfaces. Unlike some other forms of camouflage, dazzle works not by offering concealment but by making it difficult to estimate a target's range, speed and heading. Each ship's dazzle pattern was unique to make it more difficult for the enemy to recognize different classes of ships.

Pattern II The scar presents T-cells and macrophages around blood vessels, with preservation of oligodendrocytes, as before, but also signs of complement system activation can be found. [60] Though this pattern could be considered similar to damage seen in NMO, some authors report no AQP4 damage in pattern II lesions [61] Pattern III
If the matrix on the left is invertible, the unique solution is the trivial solution (A 1, A 2) = (x 1, x 2) = (0, 0). The non trivial solutions are to be found for those values of ω whereby the matrix on the left is singular; i.e. is not invertible. It follows that the determinant of the matrix must be equal to 0, so:
It has been reported that oligoclonal bands are nearly absent in patients with pattern II and pattern III lesion types. [19] Six groups of patients are usually separated, based on OCBs: [20] type 1, no bands in CSF and serum; type 2, oligoclonal IgG bands in CSF, type 3, oligoclonal bands in CSF and serum with additional bands in CSF;
The US army has several standards for rolled homogeneous armour: Current use is based on military standard MIL-DTL-12560 [1] by several manufacturers. The typical Brinell Hardness range of MIL-A 12560 is 302-400 [2] The MIL-12560K standard actually specifies four classes of hardnesses. The softest class I rates as 260-310.
