Dynamo Open Air is a festival in the Netherlands that was held (almost) every year between 1986 and 2005. It was reborn in 2008 as Dynamo Outdoor and in 2015 as Dynamo Metal Fest. Dweezil & Ahmet Zappa performing live at Dynamo Open Air in 1993.
The Brave New World Tour by Iron Maiden began on 2 June 2000 and ended on 19 January 2001 (Three concerts shows scheduled at Brixton Academy in 2002). It supported their 2000 album Brave New World that marked the return of vocalist Bruce Dickinson and guitarist Adrian Smith. In Europe, the tour was called Metal 2000.
The band recorded one studio album, Point Blank, and played a warmup live performance and their only official gig for 29 years at the 1995 Dynamo Open Air Festival two days later, after which the band disbanded.
