Rajesh Kumar Agrawal (born 5 May 1953) is an Indian Former Judge of The Supreme Court of India & also the former president of the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC). [ 1 ] [ 2 ] He retired from the Supreme Court on 4 May 2018 and was appointed the president of the NCDRC on 1 July 2018 & continued until 2 July 2023.

He was the fifth judge of the Kerala High Court to become a judge of the Supreme Court without occupying the position of chief justice of a high court.
