Daniel is the sixth studio album by the American indie rock band Real Estate, released on February 23, 2024, on Domino. Produced by Daniel Tashian , the album was recorded in Nashville, Tennessee , and is the band's first with drummer Sammi Niss, who joined the band in 2020.

At Metacritic, which assigns a normalized rating out of 100 to reviews from mainstream critics, the album received an average score of 79, based on 15 reviews, which indicates "generally favorable reviews". [10] Pitchfork labeled it "Best New Music".
Deli Girls is an American band fronted by Danny Orlowski. Orlowski formed the band with producer Ray Kelly in 2013. In April 2022, Kelly left the band. Orlowski has continued the project, working with a variety of producers. [1] [2]
