HP bluetooth wireless mouse is not getting connected to the HP pavilion laptop. It continuously switches status as connected / not connected. It is a new brand mouse. I faced the same issue with same model of HP mouse earlier. I thought it to be an issue of mouse. So I bought new mouse. But the issue is the same with new mouse also.

06-30-2020 08:59 AM. @abhishekdaga. A wireless mouse requires batteries for power -- and some have a small LED that glows when the mouse is moved. You most likely need to change the batteries in the mouse. You would have to open it to do that, and each one has a different way of doing that.
