Yes, by re-enrolling the account in question and assigning a different user name and password. To re-enroll the account, go to the Online Enrollment Banking Screen and follow the instructions. They left out the part that it doesn't work for closed accounts. Message 2 of 16. 0 Kudos.

The rep said they're essentially consolidating all branch bank accounts into 360 accounts, including all checking and savings products, so as to only offer 360 products going forward. I just noticed that my 360 Money Market account rate was knocked down to 1.5% APY without notice. The Capital One website no longer shows the 360 Money Market, instead, there is a 360 Performance Savings with 1.8% APY and no $10k minimum to earn that rate. Cap1 puts cards in buckets or tranches, based on your credit profile at the time you applied for the card. That explains why someone who got a card when they were new to credit may struggle to get their CL above $1,000, but when they apply for a new card, Cap1 gives them a very high limit.

I'll be pulling it out soon and putting it back in to a 5%+ account, not their 4.25%. I never thought of using Cap1 as a main bank. I just wanted the bonus.
