Mid build has better early spikes, also lethality mildly scales with champion levels. Mid you want to impact early- not to be ruined late by your double ADC comp. ADC build is more expensive but scales better, cheaper if magical footwear. ADC role wants to reliably scale into the game, but ofc Lucian is early ADC. 4.
The main issue with Lucian for low elo players is he has super lower range. In elos where people struggle with spacing on Cait these players need galeforce. Let me make sure it's understood I am one of those players. Anything below Plat you can't utilize kraken slayer to be more useful than galeforce consistently. 1.

absolutely not, lategame lucian with 0 crit feels awful, autos do no damage without crit or kraken and also ult does literally 0 dmg if you don't have crit, sadly Would def be an early game build, but that's all lethality builds tbh. Lucian is a bit too hard locked to navori so I guess it's just not really viable for him.
