The Sultan RS is probably my all-time best car in IV. It looks like a Race-Car, Handles like a Racecar, Sounds like a racecar, has the speed of a racecar and feels like a Racecar. With it's RS rims, BOV Sound, Race-Tire Traction and vulnerablility, this car earns a 10/10 as the Best Car In IV and Best Sportscar In IV.
