Tilapia - Protein = 24.5g, fat = 3.5g (Based off of the above sources) You usually get better fats from fish (omega 3s), however, tilapia isn't a good source of them, you're better off with Salmon or tuna.
Although salmon certainly has many different nutritional and health benefits, so does tilapia. On average tilapia has more protein and less overall fat than salmon, though with salmon a lot of the fat content is “healthy†types of fat that are actually good for the body.

I weigh mine before cooking as the weight is much less after cooking. For instance, my hubby loves these frozen battered green beans and I have to weigh my portion ahead of time OR divide the cooked weight by the number of servings because the cooked weight is 1/3 less.
