The Browning Hi-Power is a single-action, semi-automatic pistol available in the 9×19mm Parabellum and .40 S&W calibers. It was based on a design by American firearms inventor John Browning, and completed by Dieudonné Saive at FN Herstal.

A clone of the Browning Hi-Power was produced in the United States from 2002 to 2006 with components from FEG in Hungary and final manufacturing by either Dan Wesson Firearms or Magnum Research in the United States. 1873 style single action revolvers were manufactured by F.LLI Pietta of Italy in the mid-2000s.
