On September 16 Blockberry Creative announced Loona's new mini-album titled [12:00] scheduled to be released in October. A teaser was released on the same day which opens with a shot of a clock reading 11:59 p.m. in Seoul.
The song was released as a response to the support the group received globally. It is the first English single released by the whole group (sub-unit Loona Odd Eye Circle previously released an English version of their song, "Loonatic") and is the English version of the song "Voice", from the same album.
HaSeul (or LOOΠΔ & HaSeul) is the third single album from South Korean girl group Loona's pre-debut project. It was released on December 15, 2016, by Blockberry Creative and distributed by CJ E&M. [1]
Three different versions of CDs will be available on October 20 titled "Regular" and two limited edition CDs titled "Version A" and "Version B". The intro song "&" gets the EP off to a dark, mysterious start, with its strong, thumping drum beats and hypnotic flute music leading into "PTT (Paint the Town)" which is a dance-pop and hip hop song that contains the most intense and "explosive" production among the songs that the group has released thus far.
The EP peaked at number two on South Korea's Gaon Album Chart and was later reissued as [X X] on February 19, 2019, with the lead single "Butterfly". The reissue reached number four on the Gaon Album Chart, while the single marked Loona's first appearance on one of Gaon's singles charts, reaching number 90 on the Download Chart.
