Marcus Wareing (born 29 June 1970) is an English celebrity chef who was Chef-Owner of the one-Michelin-starred restaurant Marcus until its permanent closure in December 2023. Since 2014, Wareing has been a judge on MasterChef: The Professionals .

Wareing was made head chef of London based restaurant, Pétrus. It went on to win two Michelin stars, but in 2008 the two chefs fell out; Wareing kept the restaurant premises and the stars, while Ramsay received rights to the name. The restaurant was renamed Marcus Wareing at the Berkeley, while in 2010 the new Pétrus by Gordon Ramsay was opened.
