This would be an issue with Netflix rather than windows. First I would recommend uninstalling the app and reinstalling. This may resolve the issue without needing to contact Netflix's customer support team. If that does not work I would contact Netflix's customer support team.

To fix this go to the Store, right-click to get the "home" and "your apps" choices and hit the "your apps" button. From the drop-down menu select "all apps", then mark the Netflix-app (or whichever app you had an issue with), and click install. Let me know if this solved your issue.
