The Huawei Pura series (formerly the Ascend P series and P series) is a line of high-end and medium-range smartphones produced by Huawei, based on its proprietary HarmonyOS mobile operating system (Android-based prior to US sanctions and trade war in 2019).
Huawei's Pura 70 — its April release — costs 5,499 yuan, or $774, while Apple's iPhone 15 starts at 5,999 yuan. Pro and Ultra versions of both phones cost about $1,400.
