Lamb's Navy Rum is a sugar-cane based Caribbean rum popular in the UK and Canada. In 1849, 22-year-old Londoner Alfred Lamb, son of wine and spirits merchant William Lamb, blended 18 different rums from Barbados , Guyana , Jamaica and Trinidad to produce Lamb's Navy Rum.
Blackwell Rum is produced from Jamaican sugar cane, water and yeast to produce a blend between a traditional ‘heavy’ pot and a lighter column still rum. Once distilled, it is aged in American oak barrels for enhanced richness.
