PTH 110 is one of the four three-digit urban expressway routes in the Manitoba provincial highway network. It is a two-lane highway that connects the Trans-Canada Highway to PTH 10 south of Brandon. It allows traffic going through Brandon to bypass the city, and provides easier access to the industrial areas located on the east side of the city.
PR 457, along with PR 340, serves as the main connector route between Brandon and CFB Shilo. Because of this, and that it travels at a lower elevation than the Trans-Canada Highway, the road is known locally as the "Low Road to Shilo". PR 457 is a paved road for its entire length. The speed limit along this road is 90 kilometres per hour (56 mph).

Provincial Road 348 (PR 348) is a 13.1-kilometre-long (8.1 mi) north-south provincial road in the Westman Region of the Canadian province of Manitoba. It provides a connection between PTH 2 ( Red Coat Trail ) just west of the hamlet of Carroll and PR 349 (High Country Road) a few kilometers outside of the city of Brandon .
