The following instructions provide a step-by-step guide to the housing process. All steps are shown to provide students with information that is necessary when completing their housing contracts. For each step you will log into the Housing Portal—you will need your NetID and password.

Step 1: As soon as you receive your acceptance letter from Undergraduate Admissions you will be able to submit the housing contract online through the Housing Portal. The sooner you submit the contract, the better chances you have for getting your top choice of hall.
Use the Marketplace tool to search for housing, roommates, and re-lets off-campus. This resource is available for all TXST students.
