The album's title and more details were later revealed on 21 July 2017, [1] with the album's title being revealed as Pinewood Smile and being given a release date of 6 October through Cooking Vinyl.
In May 2015, following the departure of Emily Dolan Davies, Taylor became the drummer for English rock band The Darkness, with guitarist Dan Hawkins confirming the news on a UK radio show. [4] He has drummed on the Darkness albums Pinewood Smile (2017), Easter Is Cancelled (2019) and Motorheart (2021).
