Roger Barry Andewelt (August 4, 1946 – August 7, 2001) was a judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims from 1987 to 2001. [ 1 ] Born in Brooklyn, New York , Andewelt received a Bachelor of Science from Brooklyn College in 1967, and served as a patent examiner in the United States Patent Office from 1968 to 1972.
