The Homeward Bound Adoption Center offers a welcoming, modern space. Its free-roaming suites are designed to minimize stress, serve the individual needs of each cat, allow adopters to spend quality time with cats, and set up both cats and adopters for success.
Homeward Bound Cat Adoptions (Homeward Bound) was founded in 2007 as a foster-based rescue focused on finding homes for cats. For nearly 12 years, this small organization relied exclusively on volunteers to care for cats and complete adoptions at PetSmart and Petco stores.
The Homeward Bound Cat Adoptions volunteer team plays an invaluable role in the lifesaving efforts of the organization, supporting both people and cats most in need. Volunteers can do almost anything – supporting every area of our organization – from cleaning to bookkeeping, feeding kittens to data entry, and everything in between.
All of our available adoptable cats can be found here. See a cat or kitten you’d like to meet? Unless an off-site location is noted in their profile, come on down to our Adoption Center Tuesday-Sunday, noon-6:00pm, to meet them and adopt.
