This template is intended for Philippine cities and municipalities. It uses both the PSGC code and population (including its point in time qualifier) stored in Wikidata. The template returns the population figures for the specified census year, and is primarily intended for use inside {{ Philippine Census }} tables.

NB current can be used only on a page whose Wikidata entry includes a population statement, complete with qualifier P585 (point-in-time).
