Anagennisis Germasoyias is a Cypriot football club based in Yermasoyia, Lemesos province, Cyprus.Anagennisis were founded in 1956. Their colours are blue and white and they play in Yermasoyia Municipal Stadium.

Anagennisi Giannitsa came 2nd in the second division twice, in the 1964–65 season and in the 1980–81 season. The team has emerged as the champion of the third division once and the fourth division twice, while they won the Greek amateur cup in the 1989–90 season with Foiros as coach and Iosifidis as their president.
