   The interstate at Costco are made by Johnson controls Between those 2 manufacturers, they make 95% of the batteries in the country. Both are reputable brands and companies.    Re: Costco GC2 6 Volt Cart Batteries Not quite 110 here but it does get near 100 in July and August and in the low 30 at night in Dec Jan Feb, tee off at 36 degrees and finish at 68 degrees in winter, 55 to 95 in summer.

I will be running the DS IQ Level 4 upgrade from Revolution Golf Cars and charging duties will be handled by the Lester Summit II charger on board. I plan to do either a 4" or 6" lift and probably 22" tires (not certain yet). Cart will be a campground cruiser.

I have 2 interstate from 2012 along with 4 powercell? i think from 2014 I just pulled from my cart that I pulled from my solar rv power to use in testing on my cart before upgrading to 48v lithium... the powercells test better than the 11 year old interstates which are now really kind of failing with the load tester but im amazed they lasted this ...

   Page 2- Costco Interstate Batteries Electric Club Car. It might be, or like the walmart batteries it could just be a higher end battery thats been rebranded and sold at a lower price point vs another assembly line for a different battery which is often more cost than its worth.
