"Toolbox Training" is the title of a 1935 article in American Machinist, and whilst the topic is about showing and demonstrating the contents of one's toolbox to apprentices, the term may have been used as a play on words about existing safety meetings.
Nevertheless, I wouldn't say that using any of the first four options ("training for," "training in," "training on," and "training with") in connection with either a particular software program or a particular piece of hardware constitutes a serious mistake. But I would not use the phrase "training about" in connection with software or hardware.
I agree with Mick that training is an uncountable noun. In the example given by Mr. Fine of a specific training event allowing training to become countable, I disagree. In the case of becoming countable, the portion being counted is the event. Therefor, it would be "there are multiple training events available at the pavilion" (or whatever).

Agreeing with chessmath and choster, I'd like to add a few cents of my own. User documentation may refer to subject matter i.e. Project, Team, Test, System, Administrative, Marketing or Miscellaneous types.
So because of Collins's definition, I took "untutored" as having to do with innate abilities, like a kid who happens to draw so great, or have a knack for a musical instrument — before any formal training. But the problem is no other dictionary defines "untutored" this way. All the others define it along the lines of "lacking in schooling".
