See a pulmonologist.: Biapical means at the top of the lungs. The pleura is the lining of the lung. Parenchyma is the lung tissue itself. And Fibrosis is scarring. There are many potential causes of this condition. But since fibrosis itself is not a good diagnosis I would recommend seeing a Pulmonologist ASAP.

Please explain what these CT findings mean and thank you so much ahead of time. Pleural based nodule in right upper chest size-2x6mm. A slightly asymmetric biapical plueroparenchymal scarring.
