Thank you for your information. Please check if your "See search suggestions as you type" is checked on your search settings on Bing. Go to Bing homepage> Click on the three bars in the upper right corner of the page> Click settings> Click More in the drop-down menu> Locate the Search Suggestions > If it was unchecked, please check it > Click save

Should you need to clear your cookies, then you will need to repeat these steps again. Note : This will not change the Search History settings within the Windows 8 Bing Application.
Just wondering why I was getting random searches in my search history in Bing, specifically those from the shopping category of searches that I didn't search up. What I've noticed is that there's a correlation between the searches that I've made and the random searches from the shopping category that appeared.
I am having the same issue and it doesn't matter, if I use Edge with Bing as my search or Bing with the Google browser. Steps already taken to try to resolve the issue: Disabled AdBlocker. Disabled McAfee web protection. Cleared the cache. Cleared the history. Restarted the computer. And, of course none of those steps resolved the issue.
I cleared my search history but every time I do so it always comes back in 10 minutes or less. How did you clear it? A list of searches you have made is saved by some search providers, including Bing. You can clear this here: Bing - Search History. Other search providers will probably have a similar option.
1. I am using Firefox and my wife is using Edge. 2. We never use the other person's computer or account. 3. Each of us is signed into our MS accounts for Bing points, but with our own accounts.
