The series, starring James Spader, Megan Boone, Diego Klattenhoff, Ryan Eggold, Hisham Tawfiq, and Harry Lennix, follows Raymond "Red" Reddington (James Spader), one of the FBI's most wanted fugitives, surrenders at J. Edgar Hoover Building in Washington, D.C.
