The NCAA men's water polo championship is an annual tournament organized by the National Collegiate Athletic Association to determine the national champion of men's collegiate water polo among its member programs in the United States.

The NCAA Women's Water Polo Championship was held on May 8–13, 2018 at the USC Uytengsu Aquatics Center, Los Angeles, California. Ten teams were selected to participate in the annual event.
