Until we get an answer, I have figured out a way to add it to the shortcuts menu in the Seller Hub. Log into terapeak with your ebay info from the subscription link the OP posted. Add a shortcut in the Hub like this: In the name field write whatever you want. I just put in Terapeak. In the URL field put in 'sell.terapeak.com' and click add.

this is a bit ofa sticky wicket here on eBay and the rules leave honest input not allowed though buyers can ruin a business with tactless admonishment yet sellers must give buyers only positive input no matter. I believe we should never fight our battles publicly in the FB forum. It is unprofession...
It's pretty easy to defraud sellers on eBay. My neighbor was just bragging about how he successfully scammed some poor eBay seller out of a $1,400.00 video card last week. He now has that same card selling on Amazon for $900. Makes me sick.
Ebay uses different criteria to rate sellers or downgrade them. Feedback is so subjective it no longer plays much of a role (if any) in the metrics for evaluating sellers. Of course, it is still important to some buyers and they are free to use it or not in their decision making.

The order status will show shipped and a tracking number provided but nothing arrives! The saving grace is eBay always man...
Suppose I buy a book from a used bookshop for 500/- dollars and within a year or so, the price goes up and I sell the book for 750 on Ebay. My Ebay account shows about 700/- dollars in gross receipt from the sale after listing and seller's fees/commissions. Of course, at the end of the year 1099-K tells IRS that I got 700 dollars from Ebay. Fine.
Yes.. eBay is sticking you with the bill, to make up for core growth losses. Zacks Equity Research, eBay Q2: "eBay witnessed declining gross merchandise volume (“GMV”) in the second quarter, which remained an overhang. Weakening momentum in online shopping, as a result of normalization to the pr...
We are all supposed to line up like ducks in a row and pay pay pay and pay more. Even if you sell a shovel at a garage sale you are supposed to pay taxes. We know that 90% of ebay sellers since 1995 have never reported their gross sales or profits. Often it isn't enough to matter to the feds or even the states if you sell less than $1,000.
