Right click on this and choose "Stop". Run the install. This should let the file run and complete the installation. WI.

I am Dave, I will help you with this. There is no native way to do this, because to allow a standard user to install software, they would need to enter the admin password, which would defeat the purpose, because they could then log into the Admin account.
