Here's how it went: Scheduling - I scheduled online for a 30 minute intake visit. The visit was booked for a Saturday about 7 days after I requested it.

THE DONE ADHD APPOINTMENT. The appointment cost $200, with them charging $20 initially and $180 right before the appointment. The PMHNP (John Franzen) was really nice and chill. It was kind of fun to have an appointment where I deliberately avoided masking (forcing myself to make eye contact, talk slowly, ect).

The company also advertises easy cancellation but the "deactivate" button they discuss on the accounts page does not appear. I took screenshots of the account page and the deactivation instructions as ...

I have been using Done for almost a year and had zero issues up until recently. I had previously been diagnosed with ADHD through my GP when I lived in Illinois (in Indiana now) and hadn't been able to find a new in person GP once I moved in 2018 bc of pregnancy and Covid so thought Done would be a good alternative option.
My recent psychiatrist has no open spots for new appointments (haven’t seen him in almost a year so id technically be a new appointment) so I’m on the lookout for a new Psych to keep my Dexedrine prescription but haven’t had much luck.
