Thank you for posting. Make sure that Outlook 365 and Windows OS are latest updated. You may please try to remove stored user credentials in the Credential Manager via using Control Panel. Moreover, please use the Office 365 Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA) tool to set up new Outlook profile to diagnose the problems.
Disconnect my Laptop from Intune, reboot, after that disconnect the Office365 account in settings -> accounts -> work and school account, after that login in an office Application. Done. Reply reply
There are 4 email accounts associated, 3 office 365 accounts and 1 godaddy account. Each time I open Outlook, it opens a pop up window to ask from my login credentials, a separate pop up for each account. The last 10 days, when I open Outlook it randomly hangs on a login popup credential window and never presents itself for data entry.
We are experiencing the same issue with Office 365 and FSLogix 2210 on RDS 2019. I hope Microsoft solves this problem with the next update of FSLogix. The server is hybrid joined, but we also have users who work with a different tenant.

I use Microsoft 365 Business Standard and I'm currently unable to login to my email account on the Outlook desktop app (Microsoft Outlook for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2203 Build 16.0.15028.20178) 64-bit) while I'm able to login on the Web App. Outlook simply says that "Something went wrong" and nothing else. User Impact: Users may be unable to connect to the Exchange Online service when using the Outlook client. It started 7/31 - present. The workaround is to use Office online. We have few users report this issue as well. Are you in a Hybrid setup or Office 365 Exchange online setup?
Contact an Office 365 admin and use the admin account to sign in Exchange Admin Center. Find the mailbox in Recipients > Mailboxes, select Edit.
