    Can you please check if the volume is set to low for system volume and for FxSound Audio Enhancer through control panel. In Control Panel, search for Sound.     You can tell Windows what audio device to use for the software you use to play music. Say, if you use Spotify, right click the audio icon on the toolbar tray (bottom right) and click Open Volume Mixer.     The best thing to do, is probably to download @Dolmatov’s preset pack (linked below), and combine it with my workaround for unlimited presets, in order to discover those that work best for your taste.
