    Acrobat Reader does not have all the features that the paid for versions of Acrobat have. There are additional packages available that can add more features to Reader but you will need to purchase those packages and even if you purchased all them, you still would not have Acrobat and you would have paid more than the cost of Acrobat.

    If you run into this problem, open a live chat with Adobe. Answer their questions. They will transfer you to a technical support chat specialist. That person will have to take remote access of your machine and do about 15 minutes of work. After that it is licensed and works. Some sort of bug with Adobe's big push to get Adobe Acrobat DC out there.
