    That's incorrect. Download the Army Virtual Desktop, or access the AVD Web client on your PC. It's been around for over a year and I've been using it since, but believe it still requires registration on the NIPR side to activate your account. But yes, still able to access email on PC. Just not without being on NIPR through the AVD.
