The AAA West Virginia High School Boys' Soccer State Tournament is an annual postseason soccer tournament held in West Virginia, United States.The tournament is open to all high school boys' soccer teams that compete in the state's AAA classification, which is the largest division in West Virginia high school soccer.
John Marshall High School is a public high school in Glen Dale, West Virginia, United States.It is one of two high schools in the Marshall County School District.Athletic teams compete as the John Marshall Monarchs in the WVSSAC Class AAA, as well as the Ohio Valley Athletic Conference.
The Wahama High School baseball team has a rich history. The baseball team has four WVSSAC state titles; the first was in 1996 when the White Falcons defeated the Van High School Bulldogs 3–2. They claimed their second title in 1998 by defeating the Moorefield High School Yellowjackets 9–4.
The tournament was organized by the West Virginia Secondary School Activities Commission (WVSSAC) and featured boys' teams from high schools across the state. The tournament took place from November 4–5, 2016, at the YMCA Paul Cline Memorial Youth Sports Complex in Beckley, West Virginia .
