Benzos do potentiate pregabalin too, but obviously you should be using far lower doses because 10mg alprazolam is nuts. 0.5-1mg alprazolam should be fine yes, but do note if you make a habit of dosing alprazolam frequently, even at low doses, you will develop tolerance and dependence as with any prolonged benzo use. Same goes for pregabalin.
i am prescribed lyrica for nerve damage sustained from a crush injury. a forklift fell on my leg crushing it form the knee down. so whenever i try to walk my leg feels like its burning. the lyrica helps remove the burning sensations almost completely. the most ive taken at once was 2x75mg cracked pills. and i didnt seem to notice any "high" at that dose. i just need to drop a couple more, lol.
Dexamphetamine + Pregabalin its amazing with low tolerance and even with a tolerance. I'm currently on 60mg Dexamphetamine, a large cup of coffee, and Lyrica 600mg after a tolerance break. It's awesome, pro-social, pro-sexual, good music enhancement, euphoric, productive, and has similar vibes to GHB and a slight MDMA feel.
I've used both pregabalin and L-Theanine extensively and both have their place. Pregabalin is however much, much more powerful and indeed it makes me feel retarded on high doses. I used 600 mg pregabalin/day a couple of years ago and I felt like my brain was working at 50% capacity, my short term memory was so poor it was hard being at work.
People who do not typically experience a "high" from benzos will need more Pregabalin to feel "high" while people who get super fucked up from 1 or 2 valium will only need a bit. I don't think cross-tolerance was the right term, but there is similar trends in the actions of GABAgeric drugs within populations of people.
Kratom will probably 99% potentiate each other, haven't tried Kratom but bupe...Leave trazodone out when taking pregabalin, I tried it a long ago as prescribed and...never again.(but that's cause side effects were stronger than the effects on me).. Yeah pregabalin is addictive and wd is awfull but only if you taking it daily for weeks, months.
Bear in mind I have some kind of tolerance to pregabalin, I normally take 100mg per day but on some days take more (for work). I'm pretty sure it would be okay, I've taken 2mg diazepam with 150mg preg before and been fine, but just thought I'd ask, as there's a lack of information out there.

Pregabalin is an EXCELLENT multi-purpose drug, and I am quite fortune to be prescribed 225mgs daily (75mgs x3 daily with 5mgs Oxycodone x4 daily for pain). It’s honestly responsible for cutting my MEDs significantly! Prior to this back in 2018, I was on Nucynta, and at 225mgs daily, that’s about 75 MEDs, so down to 30 MEDs.
