    I have tried factory resetting the router several times with no luck. I have also tried connecting to the WiFi and accessing the router with the Netgear Genie app using the default admin/password, but it just times out. I noticed that even after the factory reset, the gateway IP is 192.169.1.1 instead of the default 192.168.1.1. Solved!
