NRA is CC organization, they push only for OC when it is tied to CC, look at their latest accomplishments. While some applaud the recent new states into the Open Carry privilege instead of a right, IMO it is a step backwards. NRA makes big money off of concealed carry, constitutional open carry is venom to them.
For some reason, the JCC courthouse no longer provides the VA concealed carry form. A friend recently went in to apply and was kindly directed to go print the form off the web, though they did provide the web link. This is a fairly recent change as the courthouse did have the forms in May this year.
