If the corn was planted in that area around the blind then you will be ok however if you are not in a corn field and you transport the stalks with ears in tact and use them to decorate the blind in a non corn area, like a swamp, then yes it will get you in trouble. Corn dont grow in swamps.
Back when Alliant first came out with their Steel powder, BPI was the first to come out with recipes for using it. These first recipes were notorious for blowing 10ga gun barrels. For instance, if you are using a mod, the pattern is around 30 inches in diameter at that range. It will also have holes in it the duck could fly through.
