Santa Fe College is a public college in Gainesville, Florida, United States. It is part of the Florida College System and offers both associate and baccalaureate degree programs. Established in 1965 by the Florida Legislature as Santa Fe Junior College , the institution began classes in September 1966.
This makes it the largest division in the NJCAA by school count. These schools are allowed to offer full athletic scholarships, totaling a maximum of tuition, fees, room and board, course-related books, up to $250 in course-required supplies, and transportation costs one time per academic year to and from the college by direct route.
Santa Fe is represented by a men's baseball team. In November 2022, the college announced a fundraising initiative for new baseball and softball facilities. [3] In 2016, the Saints secured their sixth Mid-Conference title in a ten-year span. [4] Johnny Wiggs is the current head coach of the team.

The Blount Center opened in 1990, with Sante Fe offering college courses in their A.A. and A.S. programs. [1] In 1993, the center was expanded after adding the renovated Gainesville Gas Co. Building.
