New York State Route 425 (NY 425) is a north–south state highway in the western portion of New York in the United States. It extends for 23.85 miles (38.38 km) from an interchange with Interstate 290 (I-290) in the town of Tonawanda to an intersection with NY 18 on the shore of Lake Ontario in the village of Wilson.
