Early Farmall "Regular" Farmall D-430. Farmall was a model name and later a brand name for tractors manufactured by International Harvester (IH), an American truck, tractor, and construction equipment company. The Farmall name was usually presented as McCormick-Deering Farmall and later McCormick Farmall in the evolving brand architecture of IH.
The McCormick-Deering W-4 was based on the Farmall H and used the same International Harvester C152 152-cubic-inch (2,490-cubic-centimetre) displacement gasoline engine, with options for kerosene and distillate fuels. A five-speed sliding-gear transmission was standard, with fifth gear disabled on tractors that were delivered with steel wheels.

Produced from 1958 to 1963, the Farmall 460 and 560 tractors represented a modernization of the Farmall H and Farmall M respectively, with higher-horsepower 6-cylinder engines in a restyled body.
The Farmall 1468 was produced beginning in 1971. It was essentially a Farmall 1466 with an International 549-cubic-inch (9,000 cc) diesel V-8 truck engine. Compared to the 1466, it was no more powerful, but made a distinctive noise and had two prominent exhaust stacks flanking the engine housing.
In 1963, International Harvester changed the grill of these tractors to a flat-grill style and dropped the Farmall name in favor of International. In 1981, the last production run of Cubs were painted IH Red. The Demonstrator White color was used in 1950 on Cubs between serial numbers 99356 to 106516.
