  5. That's the way it works with music downloaded from anywhere other than the iTunes Store. You will have to import it to iTunes on your computer, then sync it to the phone. It's been that way for over 13 years now. that's what I thought - but having the confirmation is helpful!

  8. Thanks for your reply. I know that if I delete the email that contains the attachment, the email goes into the Outlook deleted folder. So if I view this email on my Windows laptop, and delete it, the entire email with attachment is flushed away, not taking up any more space on my laptop (well, after I delete it from the Trash folder that is.).

    Posted on Oct 5, 2022 11:54 AM. If you downloaded things through the Safari Browser, look in the Downloads folder in the Files App for them. If you downloaded items on any other app, then look in the specific app for a downloads folder or a downloads area in the app itself. View in context. 1 reply.

  11. All three devices lost their #2 home screen that contained as many as 20 app folders. I use the #1 home screen for just individual, most used, apps. This occurred on May 5th '23. The home screen and app folders reappeared the next day on all devices. No upgrades or other notable changes occurred in this time.
