The project at White Pines was originally meant to be the construction of a lodge building. Two hundred men worked on the State Park construction project at one time, in the years 1933-1939, many of them World War I veterans. [4] After the lodge was completed, it was decided to build a restaurant and breezeway onto the lodge building. [4]

The Twin Pines Lodge and Cabin Camp, also known as the Twin Pines Motel and Frontier Court, is a tourist camp in Dubois, Wyoming on the way to Yellowstone National Park on U.S. Route 287. The camp was established in 1929 by Dubois businessman Oliver Ernest Stringer who designed the camp and assisted in its construction.
The Clear Creek Meeting House is a Friends meeting house located at 14365 N. 350th Ave., southeast of McNabb, in Magnolia Township, Putnam County, Illinois. [2] The meeting house was built in 1875 to house the Illinois Yearly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends , also known as the Quakers.
